Leading up to the installation, I had a ton of questions, I was indecisive about a number of different options and I must have sent Ken at least 100 + different questions throughout the week. He was extremely responsive, extremely patient with me, extremely honest and he did it all with a great attitude. This guy genuinely loves what he does and you can tell. In a world where customer service is getting harder and harder to come by, I consider myself blessed to have dealt with Ken and his team. It's truly refreshing to know there are companies/professionals out there who care about the customer first and foremost.

Their prices were reasonable, there were no hidden associated costs, they were prompt for the appointment, and were even able to fit me in on fairly short notice. I would absolutely call them first if I needed anything like this done again."

I called the number and left a message and Ken returned my call shortly after. I'm very skeptical about doing business with people I don't know so I was little worried at first. Ken came to my house to give me an estimate and recommended components for my set up. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I gave him a deposit for the equipment and install and he returned about a week later with his crew and installed TV, receiver, speakers, wi fi, remote, and all the wireing. I could not have been happier with the whole experience. I have had them back to my house many times since the first install to do additional work in bedrooms and other upgrades. I have the utmost trust for him and his recommendations. I'm so lucky that I found him. Prices were great also."

2/17/15 Dina D. - "I had a remote start installed on my 2012 Maxima. The vehicle is push-to-start, and I wasn't even sure if it was possible to get one. I found Cutting Edge and sent an email to inquire about it. Not only was Ken (the owner) prompt in replying to me, he answered all of the questions I had. He was professional and knowledgable and I felt very comfortable with him. The unit was a bit pricey, but being that it's push-to-start, I expected that. It was actually a little less than what I had anticipated. They make it convenient for their customers by coming to your location. On the particular day they did my installation, it was extremely cold out and I felt horrible that they were working in those conditions. Ken continued to tell me that the weather was not an issue at all and reassured me not to worry.

Since the system was more complicated than most, he informed me during the install that it may take little bit longer than he originally thought. That was 100% fine with me, especially since he made sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied. They also cleaned up after installing the system. My car actually looked better than it did before the installation! Ken also followed up with me to check-in and ask how the unit was working, if I had any questions, etc. He told me to contact him if I had any issues with the system - and he would take care of it right away. Now THAT is good customer service! The install was perfect and I have not had a single problem with it. I read the reviews others have posted and I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would not give this business a five star rating (perhaps that one person was just having a bad day). Cutting Edge was very professional, extremely knowledgable and completely focused on customer service and satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

He was extremely courteous, trustworthy, and an expert in Audio/Visual installations. Since I had such a great experience from Ken's seamless in-wall Television installation, I have used him two additional times for another in-wall TV as well as rewiring a phone system to Voice-Over-IP. There really isn't anything Ken and his team can't do. Whats great is that Ken is all about business and never had a problem making the trip to Nashua NH from his home base in Peabody.
